Orders can be placed 24/7 through our online store.


What products do you offer?

At the moment you can order in boxes of 6 from our 650 ml range in three pre-picked cartons + 1 Pic n Mix box where you can personalise your own favourite 6 flavours.  The 3 pre-picked cartons include ‘Double Decadence’, ‘Munros’s Orchard’ and ‘Vintage of 26’.  Watch this space – we are working in the back ground to include our 5 litre packs across our core flavour range soon!  Also for dairy-free fans, we have delicious new coconut options just around the corner on offer soon.


How do I find your products?

Click here. Or, select the shop online button on our website home page, or scroll to the bottom of our home page and select from three pre-picked cartons (Double Decadence, Munros’s Orchard and Vintage of 26), as well as a Pic n Mix box where you can personalise your favourite flavours.

 


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Hawke's Bay wide to both residential and business addresses. 

For all orders outside the Hawkes Bay Region, our courier service, NZ Couriers is currently delivering to business addresses in Taupo, Palmerston North and Wellington.  To double check whether a courier will deliver to your address please check on the following NZ Courier’s website: https://www.nzcouriers.co.nz/address_checker.html

 


When can I expect delivery?

        • We have three delivery days for Napier, Taradale, Bayview, Hastings, Havelock North, Haumoana, Te Awanga, Waimarama  – Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you place your order before Sunday 2 pm your delivery will be Monday. If you place your order before Tuesday 2 pm your delivery will be Wednesday. If you place your order before Thursday 2 pm your delivery will be Friday.  Special Mother’s Day delivery in the Hawke’s Bay on Saturday 09 May 2020.  Please request this delivery date in the notes section of your order.
        • We have two delivery days for Otane, Waipawa, Waipukurau – Wednesday and Friday.  If you place your order before Tuesday 2 pm your delivery will be Wednesday.  If you place your order before Thursday 2pm your delivery will be Friday.  Special Mother’s Day delivery in the Hawke’s Bay on Saturday 09 May 2020.  Please request this delivery date in the notes section of your order.
        • Next day deliveries available Tuesday-Friday for Taupo, Palmerston North and Wellington business addresses.  E.g. if you place your order before Monday 2pm, your delivery will be on Tuesday.

 


Do I have to be at the address when my order arrives?

Ideally yes.  We would always advise that you need to store your Ice Cream in your freezer as soon as you receive it.  However we use dry ice to keep your Rush Munro’s Ice Cream box cool for at approximately 20 hours after your delivery has been dispatched from our factory.

 


What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time prior to 2 pm – the day before your delivery. Simply email distribution@rushmunro.co.nz with your order details and we will process your cancellation and refund. 


How do I know my order has been received and is in process?

You will receive a verification email from the Rush Munro website.

How do I know that my order has been delivered?

It will be on your doorstep! You will also receive a verification email from the Rush Munro website.  The person delivering the Rush Munro Ice Cream box will take a photograph of the box on your door step as well as noting the time of delivery.

 


How do I pay for my goods?

We accept Visa & MasterCard payments via our online store. Alternatively a direct debit payment can be made via internet banking.  Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheque on delivery. 

How much does it cost to deliver?

The delivery charge is $15.00 to all central areas within the Hawke’s Bay - Napier, Taradale, Bayview, Hastings, Havelock North, Haumoana, TeAwanga, Waimarama , Otane, Waipawa, Waipukurau per delivery. Rural delivery costs an additional $5.  

The delivery charge is $20.00 to Taupo, Palmerston North and the Wellington regions.
