When can I place my order?

Orders can be placed 24/7 through our online store.


What products do you offer?

At the moment you can order in boxes of 6 from our 650 ml range in three pre-picked cartons + 1 Pic n Mix box where you can personalise your own favourite 6 flavours.  The 3 pre-picked cartons include ‘Double Decadence’, ‘Munros’s Orchard’ and ‘Vintage of 26’.  Watch this space – we are working in the back ground to include our 5 litre packs across our core flavour range soon!  Also for dairy-free fans, we have delicious new coconut options just around the corner on offer soon.


How do I find your products?

Click here. Or, select the shop online button on our website home page, or scroll to the bottom of our home page and select from three pre-picked cartons (Double Decadence, Munros’s Orchard and Vintage of 26), as well as a Pic n Mix box where you can personalise your favourite flavours.

 


Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Hawke's Bay, Palmerston North, Taupo & Wellington. Our postcode checker at checkout will tell you whether or not you're within our current Rush Munro range! Other areas coming soon!

 


When can I expect delivery?

            • We deliver to Hawke's Bay addresses (business & residential) Tuesday - Friday. Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Orders placed after Thursday 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday. 
            • We deliver to Taupo, Wellington & Palmerston North on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm Wednesday will be delivered the following Tuesday. 
            • At this stage, we are unable to deliver to rural addresses. 

 


Do I have to be at the address when my order arrives?

Ideally yes.  We would always advise that you need to store your Ice Cream in your freezer as soon as you receive it.  However we use dry ice to keep your Rush Munro’s Ice Cream box cool for at approximately 20 hours after your delivery has been dispatched from our factory.

 


What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time prior to 2 pm – the day before your delivery. Simply email distribution@rushmunro.co.nz with your order details and we will process your cancellation and refund. 


How do I know my order has been received and is in process?

You will receive a verification email from the Rush Munro website.

How do I know that my order has been delivered?

It will be on your doorstep! You will also receive a verification email from the Rush Munro website.  The person delivering the Rush Munro Ice Cream box will take a photograph of the box on your door step as well as noting the time of delivery.

 


How do I pay for my goods?

We accept Visa & MasterCard payments via our online store. Alternatively a direct debit payment can be made via internet banking.  Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheque on delivery. 

How much does it cost to deliver?

 

Delivery is free to all areas in June & July!
